This ramen is a recreation of Sapporo miso ramen, one of Japan’s three great ramens and the king of local miso ramen. The combination of rich miso soup with a wok-like aroma and thick, firm noodles is the taste of the popular Sapporo miso ramen that everyone knows. We’ve changed to using wheat grown in Hokkaido.
