Since the 1950s, we have been commercializing local ramen from the Banshu region, centered around Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. We have completely redesigned the soup, adding the sweetness of simmered vegetables and soy sauce to the rich soup made from pork and chicken, and have achieved a good balance between the sweetness and umami of the vegetables.
